Piston Compressors
Piston compressors have several advantages over other types of compressors, e.g. screw compressors or turbo compressors. The technology of piston compressors is robust and reliable.
Our piston compressors are extremely energy-efficient and can be flexibly adjusted to process changes. The good controllability of piston compressors allows different suction and discharge pressures as well as adjustable volume flow rates.
Diaphragm Compressor NEA|HOFER MKZ
NEA|HOFER MKZ diaphragm compressors provide a lubricant and technical abrasion-free compression of gases and gas mixtures. As they operate leakage-free, they are particularly suitable for high-purity applications and for use with explosive, toxic and expensive gases. Our diaphragm compressors are suitable for compressing hydrogen, helium, argon, ethylene, fluorine, hydrogen sulfide, chlorine, monosilane, or nitrogen trifluoride.
Our diaphragm compressors are typically used, for example, for filling storage tanks, for feeding into continuous processes or as circulating gas compressors. They are characterized by their design specifications, which make the machines particularly safe, reliable, and easy to maintain. We generally provide our diaphragm compressors as complete systems with base frame, drive, pulsation dampers, coolers, fittings (automatic or manual), instruments and controls (optional). However, we also offer diaphragm compressors without auxiliary equipment for installation in your system. Every NEA|HOFER MKZ diaphragm compressor completes a test run under load at our factory, during which the operating data is recorded and documented.
Electrolyzers
In water electrolysis, electrical energy is used to split water molecules (H2O) into their components: H2 as the main product and O2 as a by-product.
In addition to the stacks in which the electrochemical process is implemented, the electrolysis system contains all the necessary components and subsystems to guarantee an optimized process. Particular attention is paid to process water treatment, heat management and power supply. The gas treatment completes the system and guarantees the ambitious product qualities.
Grinding and classifying systems
We have a good century’s experience in mechanical process technology with mills and classifier systems. The know-how and constant dialog with our customers form the basis for the high level of performance and quality. Today, our portfolio inludes pendulum roller mills, impact classifier mills as well as separators and air classifiers for coarse and finest classification.
